Marshall County Humane Society, Inc. was formed in 2011 and operates as an Alabama Corporation.

All funding is via private donations and we receive no funding from any national organization.

As a corporation with 501 ( c ) ( 3) designation from the IRS, donations are deductible to the extent provided by law.  Our EIN Number is: 45-3478202

We do not have paid employees and all of our effort and work is done by volunteers. Our mission is focused on a long-term plan to improve how unwanted, uncared for, lost and stray animals are treated in Marshall County, Alabama.
